1. Guaranteed Returns & Exchanges (Within 3 Days)

We offer a guaranteed return or exchange if you receive an item that meets any of the following conditions:

  • Non-Original Products: We guarantee 100% authenticity. If a product is proven to be non-original, it qualifies for a full return.

  • Wrong Product: If we send you the incorrect size, shade, or item.

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives broken, leaked, or damaged during transit.

  • False Advertisement: If the product significantly differs from the descriptions or images provided.

Crucial Deadline: These issues must be reported to our team within 3 days of delivery.

2. General Complaints (Day of Delivery Only)

For any other issues or complaints not covered by the criteria above (such as general dissatisfaction):

  • Complaints must be submitted on the exact day of delivery.

  • While our team will actively review and process your request, a return or exchange is not guaranteed for claims made outside of product faults or authenticity issues.

Please provide:

  3. Clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and packaging
