1. Delivery Timelines

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Because our inventory involves dedicated sourcing and quality checks, our standard delivery windows are as follows:

  • Karachi Orders: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 7 to 10 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculations

We do not charge a flat shipping rate. To keep costs fair, your shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and physical size of your package.

  • Shipping rates start from Rs. 400 PKR and scale according to your order size.

3. Payment Methods

To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer flexible payment options at checkout:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep.

  • Advance Payments: Secure digital payment options are available for faster processing.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

No need to guess where your luxury items are. As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched to our courier partner, a tracking link and order ID will be generated. This will be sent directly to you via SMS or email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
