Novora Sourcing sources products from third-party suppliers and resells them online. We are not the manufacturer unless stated otherwise.

Product Information & Images
The product images on our site are sourced from our suppliers and manufacturers. While the images are not owned by us, Novora Sourcing guarantees that the product you receive will be the exact item shown in the images for that listing.

Orders & Payment
All prices are in PKR and do not include tax. Novora Sourcing does not charge sales tax or VAT on orders.

Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed. Novora Sourcing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges
Contact us through the Contact Us page within 3 days if your item is defective or damaged. We’ll arrange a return or exchange as per our policy. Return shipping is on us.

Limitation of Liability
Novora Sourcing’s liability is limited to the value of your order. We’re not liable for indirect losses or for issues covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
